There are various methods of producing charcoal, or carbonizing wood to charcoal such as Earth Mould, Drum, Traditional Brick Oven, Industrial Cylindrical oven, etc. We use a Traditional Brick Oven to achieve high-quality charcoal with less water content, therefore we will bring a brief process of carbonization wood to become charcoal.

The raw materials are cut to get neat shame and smaller lengths, then are arranged vertically into the oven. The oven door is closed using brick and then isolated by mud, remaining two holes. One of these holes is placed at the bottom to light wood and the other is located at the top of the oven door to control the burning process.

This process takes days and wood that is located near the oven door will be burned completely. For this reason, it is very important to arrange a cheaper wood close to the oven door.
